The Ginger Tree
A zesty and invigorating Whimsky® cocktail with lots of spice and fragrance, this spicy concoction uses our Halia (ginger) Whimsky® to impart a fresh Asian flavour profile, coupled with lemon (or calamansi lime) juice and Fever Tree tonic. Garnished with a Limau Purut leaf for an added spicy, citrusy fragrance.
INGREDIENTS
- 45 mls Halia
- 7.5 mls Lemon (or Calamansi) Juice
- 100 mls Fever Tree Tonic
Stir over cracked ice to chill, then strain into a Nick & Nora cocktail glass. Add a limau purut leaf for a fragrant garnish.
